The Eclectrics Stand Mixer from Hamilton Beach made the cut in our Hug The Cook Test Kitchen, so we are confidant that it will live up to your expectations at home. This 4.5-quart Stand Mixer is perfect for the new home or the new cook! Though it may not be the machine for a hardcore bread baker, our testing staff was very pleased with the way this machine handled cake batter, cookie dough, frosting and light bread dough. Planetary action beaters effectively mixed all ingredients, so we hardly had to scrape the bowl. We were also pleased with the durability of the machine and its attachments, noting that it was surprisingly firm on the countertop for such a compact mixer. And the compact size was a definite plus in terms of storage perfect for cooks who love quality kitchen appliances but don t have a lot of counter space to spare. Overall, we felt the Eclectrics Stand Mixer was a great little machine at a super value.
